Our Mission
The R.A.D. community has suffered stigmatization, isolation and misunderstanding. The mission of RADOnline is the following:
- Inspire change through a positive message of healing and hope.
- Instill a sense of hope for those afflicted with R.A.D. that have only known failure.
- Provide a viable platform for those seeking positive community change through
education and collaborative efforts with other support agencies/website's. - Create an online presence and environment that is community driven.
- Provide a forum for those who wish to share their R.A.D. stories with the community
as a message of hope and or understanding to others. - Provide EVERY person searching for R.A.D. resources the means to do so through this portal.
- Provide every person member or not, the opportunity to find support through online communications.
- Provide links to other's families that are suffering the effects of R.A.D. to promote unity and hope.
- Educate police officers, school officials, court officials and public servants of the realities of
Reactive Attachment Disorder to facilitate understanding and positive change. - Provide R.A.D. brochures, pamphlets and other media to anyone that wishes to learn more about Reactive Attachment Disorder.
This is our mission and we will not fail.
The choice is up to us as a community and as a society to both learn more about Reactive Attachment Disorder and educate others about Reactive Attachment Disorder.
